Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa

Their Vision: A destination upscale hotel, conference center, parking garage and media center in an emerging retail/entertainment district. The media center was to be completed in 12 months for the Super Bowl in the adjacent Cardinals Stadium.

Our Focus: Work with the developer, contractor, city staff and media center personnel to develop a program and design to meet each party's objectives and time frames in order to complete the goal - opening as promised.
