Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson was recently awarded the 2023 Non-Residential Excellence in Masonry Architecture by The Arizona Masonry Council. The Arizona Masonry Council’s Excellence in Masonry Awards celebrate these winning projects as a testament to the skills of their members and companies that support masonry industry professionals. For the 2023 edition, entries were submitted to an architectural jury panel from Reno, Nevada. The winning entries were selected based on masonry design, workmanship, and creativity with the use of brick, block, and/or stone.
The project was developed by Nationwide Realty Investors. Their vision was to create a luxurious hotel in the Cavasson mixed-use development that will exceed the expectations of business and leisure travelers and promote a sense of wellness and community. Our team worked closely with the hotel developer and Hilton to design a state-of-the-art, full-service hotel that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding development and the beauty of the Scottsdale landscape.
One of the key features of the hotel is its focus on guest comfort and relaxation. The hotel boasts a rooftop venue, onsite dining, an outdoor pool, and hot tub overlooking the McDowell Mountains. The hotel also houses a 16,000-sf conference center that can be configured to accommodate a variety of meeting sizes as well as an outdoor event lawn. The guest rooms are designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches such as large walk-in showers and a movable workspace.
As we celebrate the success of this award-winning project, we recognize and thank all of our partners in this collaboration and express our commitment to continued had work and dedication in creating exceptional designs for all our clients.
