We’re excited to share details of our ongoing work on Glam Boutique Nails & Spa located on Republic Road in Springfield, MO. The project involves a 3,214-square-foot renovation and expansion, which will allow the salon to double its size by taking over the recently vacated infill space next door.
Our team was tasked with creating architectural drawings for both the renovation of the existing space and the new expansion. The owner’s vision was to transform the space into one cohesive, open layout while maintaining a fully operational business throughout construction. This required careful spatial planning and strategic phasing to minimize disruption.
In collaboration with UnikPlace, we’ve worked closely on the interior design to ensure the final product delivers a polished and functional aesthetic for both the business and its clients. Springfield Builders, Inc. has been retained as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by December 31, 2024.
