As we approach the latter half of 2024, BRP Architects is pleased to share an update on one of our exciting ongoing projects: the Dual Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott, located just outside Huntsville, Alabama in Town Madison.
The hotel, which is set to open in early Q1 2025, will feature a combined total of 208 rooms, 2,200 square feet of meeting space, and will be conveniently situated next to Toyota Field.
As we move into the final phases of construction, attention to detail becomes paramount. Our design and construction teams are collaborating closely to ensure that every element of the hotel aligns with the high standards expected of Marriott properties. From the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the Courtyard to the comfortable and functional suites of the Residence Inn, we are focused on delivering spaces that meet the needs of modern travelers.
Situated in the heart of Town Madison, this dual-branded hotel will play a significant role in the continued growth of this walkable, well-connected community. Town Madison is designed with thoughtful neighborhood environments, offering a blend of dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. The addition of the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn will enhance the area’s hospitality offerings, providing visitors with convenient access to all that Town Madison has to offer, including Toyota Field.
