The facade is composed of dark cement fiber and lots of glass, allowing for an abundance of natural light and panoramic views. On the first floor, the building has 1,600 square-foot dedicated to retail banking with a drive-thru along with 4,500 square-foot of customer centered workspace and amenities. The remaining three floors (approximately 30,000 square-foot) consist of Class A office space that house the bank’s centralized operations, executive team, and community development divisions. New York Life Insurance Co. and the Kirkland Woods & Martinsen LLP law firm currently occupy the building’s third floor lease space.
Maries County R-1 School District Phase 1 & 2
Vienna, MO
After assisting with the passage of their bond, the Maries County R-1, K-12 School District project was designed and constructed in three phases. Phase 1 consisted of site improvements including improving drainage at the athletic fields, installing a new track surface, resurfacing, and expanding the parking lot, replacing the parking lot lighting, and improving the accessibility of the site. Phase 2 consisted of replacing the existing windows of the oldest buildings on campus, repairing the façade at those window replacement locations, and installing secure, bullet proof entrances using state-of-the-art systems. Phase 3 consisted of an addition at the south end of the building. This new, compact entrance solved many of the facility’s prior concerns, including adding an interior access to a band room where one did not previously exist, providing more pre-function space outside of the gymnasium to accommodate game day, constructing a concessions stand to service the gymnasium, and addressing heightened security measures at that entrance. The project located in Vienna Missouri was completed under budget.
