BRP Architects is pleased to share that Caesars Republic Scottsdale has been named Hospitality Project of the Year at the 2025 RED Awards. Recognized as a significant honor in Arizona’s commercial real estate industry, the RED Awards highlight outstanding projects, architects, contractors, and developers.
Designed by BRP Architects, Caesars Republic Scottsdale is an 11-story luxury hotel and the first non-gaming property from Caesars Entertainment in the United States. Located adjacent to Scottsdale Fashion Square, the hotel offers a premier lifestyle experience with a blend of modern architecture, sophisticated interiors, and top-tier amenities.
The hotel features 265 elegantly appointed guestrooms, including a selection of luxury suites, such as five top-floor penthouse entertainment suites with outdoor terraces and butler kitchens. For fitness enthusiasts, select suites are equipped with Peloton stationary bikes, and a unique bridal suite provides salon amenities and a private lounge, catering to weddings and special occasions.
A highlight of the property is its rooftop pool and lounge, SEVEN, which offers stunning views of Camelback Mountain, a full bar, and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel also boasts 20,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a 7,000 sq. ft. contemporary ballroom with a column-free design and sliding glass doors that allow for seamless indoor-outdoor events.
Culinary excellence is another standout feature, with two signature Italian restaurants led by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, providing guests with an exceptional dining experience that complements the hotel’s luxurious ambiance.
