Our Focus: Design a 211-room hotel that features two different Hyatt brands, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, inside one six-story building. Both the Hyatt Place (125 Rooms) and Hyatt House (86 Rooms) will feature free Wi-Fi throughout the building with remote printing, free breakfast, a full-service restaurant with room service and bar open in the evenings, on-site laundry, a heated indoor pool, 24-hour StayFit Gym, electric car charging stations, an outdoor lounge with gas firepit, and up to 3,000 square feet of shared flexible meeting space. The extended stay rooms of the Hyatt House will also offer a fully equipped kitchen.
