Their Vision: To offer a modern and sophisticated hotel that seamlessly blends into the vibrant and historic downtown area of Chandler, Arizona, providing guests with an elevated hospitality experience that has an open, inviting atmosphere.

Our Focus: Design a four-story custom-designed Hilton Garden Inn hotel within the dynamic New Square mixed-use development, complementing the character of the area. The hotel includes 1,800 sq. ft. of meeting space, an on-site bar and restaurant, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and 110 guestrooms.
