Their Vision: Provide an upper midscale hotel and convention center on the Arkansas State University campus to accommodate campus needs from the hospitality industry as well from the City of Jonesboro. The hotel and convention center will be used as a practicum site in the training of students enrolled in the hospitality management program at the university.

Our Focus: Design a modern upper midscale hotel with many sustainable design features ranging from energy efficient building envelope and mechanical systems to incorporating a two-story green wall design with a fountain in the lobby space.
