Their Vision: Provide a hotel in the heart of the downtown within easy access to Creighton University, great shopping, dining, and sports facilities within the area.

Our Focus: Design a modern upscale select service hotel on a tight urban site. Shared parking facilities reduced the impact on the environment, and many other sustainable design features were incorporated into the design, contributing to the LEED Silver Certification goal.
